Likewise, the rich Russian flavor, the legendary Diaghilev's "Ballets Russes," centuries-old traditional architecture, the art of handicraft, and the breadth of our soul—all of this, together with the couple, inspired us to create a vibrant wedding in the style of A la Russe.
In turn, it was extremely important for us to maintain a delicate balance in the concept and preserve the aesthetics of the noble Russian spirit, both in the decor and in the entertainment program.
We broke the conventional boundaries and held the wedding dinner right in a meadow under apple trees. The table setting also adhered to the wedding concept: it featured hand-painted tableware with live wildflowers as decorations, and a long "rushnyk" tablecloth that ran the entire length of the table, subtly uniting all the guests.
